For advisors!

Smile Asked by heart55 8 months ago, 10 answers.

Ok I have recently asked 2 questions (the moest newest ones on my profile), and on both of them the title has been changed.
I want to ask why?
The category was ok, and the title was ok too, but still, some advisor changed their titles. I don't really...

like when advisors change my titles of my questions.
If that is necessary, then I want to know what did I do wrong ??

Advisors, please check out this situation and reply !!
Waiting for respond..

well on one the title was just habits, and on the other just funadvice

normally advisors change titles so people can understand what its about... one word cannot explain thew whole question

About the first question you are right, the title was Habits, and on the other on it was not funadvice, but only members.
Now both of them are changed into Do you have any bad habits?? and way on here to see how many members are online?
I usually put short titles yes, but I think one word is just enough to explain the whole question. If the title was habits, everyone who has interested in the title can open the question, no need for milion sentences ...

uhm its still the same...
im not sure why people make such a fuss about it... there were a lot of complaints when I used to be an Advisor but then we had decided to leave the titles alone...
not sure why they changed it...

happy More than likely, I changed one of those...

...why? b/c members or funadvice is non descriptive, hurts users ability to understand your question AND makes it so if somebody else asks the SAME question, yours would come up on the ask page, which helps prevent duplicate questions about the exact same topic.

Questions are changed so that when other memebers search for old questions it is more easily accessible... That's the difference it makes... It's a simple matter of making the search more effective... since it doesnt exactly hurt your question, I dont see why it should bother you...
