things like that sometimes happen to me, but yea they only happen for a short time, and I can usually like shake it off, but that is definitely something you should go to the doctors for...you could possibly have a circulation problem...?

I have that happen to me a lot. your muscle has stretched in a way that it is not suppossed to. I KNOW that it hurts so bad, TRUST me, but the ONLY way to get it back to normal is to move it a little around or massage it slowly until it goes away. I know it hurts but thats the only way. I dont think you should go to the doctors. hope this helps! :D
