if you really really want to lose weight you can run for 30mins everyday and eat fruits and vegetables with your meals. eat only chicken, beef, fish, and shrimp but grill, bake, broil them but not fry
and drink only water
and enjoy fruits as snacks
remeber to cut down on junk foods if thats what you eat a lot
