Is there a way to somehow make them breakup?

okay so I have this friend. he's my best friend && I think im falling in love with him.
the problem is that he has a girlfriend, && im friends with the girl...I have been waiting for them to breakup again(because they're the off && on type) but its taking forever. if not get with him, I really want to you know ? just fool around a bit)

should I somehow make them breakup ?

Just tell him how you feel and tell him not to break up with her because you told him your feelings. Tell him if he wants to leave her make it on their terms not yours. Make it clear that you are not trying to break them up because(lie if you have to), 'They look happy together'.

Once he knows you're waiting unless this girl has him whipped somehow I doubt he'll overlook you.

If you care for him you wouldn't try to sabotage his relationship. If you are willing to do that then you are NOT worth his time.
