I take Stresstab 600 w/iron by placing it in my mouth while eating my breakfast. I was told to do this by a nurse and I have not had a case of the flu, cold, or anyother ailment of this type in over 30 years. I never miss a day taking the tablet.
As for food, eat a lot of green veges and fruits. Stay away from carbonated drinks and alkahol. Drink granapple and unsweetened grape juice.
I leave the cap loose on 2 liter Sprite and let the gas out, but you have to force yourself to cultivate a tast for it, after which you will not want to drink cokes.
