u know about idea how many calories you intake a day?
I would also include some walking/running.. on a incline helps the butt out to get tone and stuff.. leg lifts also..
everyone has a bmr which tells you how many calories they need to be healthy you need your height and weight to tell you..
once you know subtract 500 from it and keep up the excerise also andyou should loose the weight fast..
I was a size 7-8 last year and now im a size 5-6ish..
if you need anything else just let me know..
also cut out fast food if you eat that shi*. it is bad news for you anyway...

First let me say there is nothing wrong with being a size 10- I'm a size 10-12 girl and proud! Never be ashamed of your body shape or size.

For toning, I recommend getting a swiss ball- there are loads of exercises you can find online for targeting the abdominals, buttocks and thighs.

As for diet- I find counting calories is a very drastic thing to do, as often people reduce their calorie intake to something ridiculously low, making it unhealthy. It also takes the enjoyment out of life- imagine having to analyse every piece of food before you eat it- ugh! Talk about depressing! Rather than counting calories, focus on eating a balanced diet. Plenty of Veges and fruit, a bit of protein, iron, carbohydrates, and plenty of water. Make sure you also have the odd chocolate bar, or another sort of treat. Cutting them out entirely is only going to make you want them more, and then you're more likely to go overboard when you do give in and have them.

Thanks yeah we usually get a takeaway saturday night, but its a very unhealthy one, like no healthy choices on the menu :/ so im going to give that one up. today I've had weetabix and a muller light yoghurt. I had what might be classed as an eating disorder last year, it was difficult getting over it, but I really dont want to get like that again, my life revolved around food avoidance :/
so I just really want to tone myself up, flat stomach, that kind of thing really.
