Is it bad to have less than 1200 calories? Because for the past few days I had 200-500.

you should eat at least! 1500 calories a day..

200-500? That is really bad.
Calorie intake depends on your weight/height/age.
You can find charts on the internet to determine how many calories...
200-500 definitely is not enough.. you'll make yourself sick that way.

yeah , it is! and 500-200 is REALLY bad. unless you wanna be a skelliton woman, then its all sexy and I'de say go for it happy I bet guys just love a woman with nothing on them but skin and bones.

listen is wrong (no offence listen) ..
but the minimum is actually 1200, but if you feel you HAVE to eat less then that I'de say try atleast a thousand. your going to end up in the hospital.
