Do I have a chance with either of these guys?

This kid I like is a year younger than me. I usually don't date younger, but he would be an exception. He flirts with me constantly. It's really cute. I continue to ask him who he likes, and he says he likes someone, but he wont tell me. He flirts with two other girls in my class the same way. Yesterday we were texting each other all day. I asked him who he likes and he wouldn't answer me. So my friend texted him and shes like, text Megan back, she's getting sad. and then I texted him back.. and I'm like, my friends make me laugh, but shes the one who really wanted to know. And then I go to school today, and he doesn't flirt with me. I'm confused. And then to add to this confusion I also like someone a year older than me, but he doesn't really flirt all that much back with me. Did I ruin a chance with the younger one?
