Flexibility.

Im a dancer and colorguard member. I do ballet for colorguard and I use to do cheerleading so im very flexible in my legs. im 14 and I want to train to be a rythmic gymnast. what are some ways I can strech to increase back and leg flexiblity???... please...

yoga is really good for increasing flexibility, there are lots of exercises for back and legs happy
