All I know is to like do splits against a wall and then you have to push yourself or get someone else to push you against it until you are flat up against the wall.
I think you can also do frog-split things where you lay with your stomach on the ground and you put your legs in a position that looks like frog legs and then you have to push your hips to the floor or have someone else help you do it.
Does any of that make sense? I hope it does.
N.B.
You most likely won't be flat the first time you do it, but you push yourself a bit further each time you do it; don't push all the way in the first time or you'll seriously hurt yourself.
I've gained a lot of flexibility since I enrolled in a martial arts class
the best thing to do is stretch stretch stretch EVERY day!

How to gain flexibility?
ima cheerleader/ dancer. im not the best but im not the worst either.. my specialty is hip hop but I also enjoy jazz dancing. but jazz contains leaps, spins, kicks, and turns. im very good with turns and spins but suck at leaps and kicks mostly because im not very flexible. I stretch all the time but somehow im still not as flexible as others because it doesnt come naturally to me. does anyone have advice that they can give me on how to gain flexibility???
