Flatter stomach?

Okay heres the deal I'm aboput 5'6' and 14 years old...
Im curvy and im not carrying excess weight on my hips I know b/c I can feel my hip bones and my hips are 38' so you get the idea oh and I wear a c bra so I am pretty cruvy for my age
The only thing I dont like baout my body is my stomach
It is a little pudgy and I want to know how to flatten it w/o dieting [or I will lose my butt lol] and I have already tried doing like 30 crunches every day but that didnt work

Any help...?!?!?

yupps...sorry to say...but crunches don't really help!! basic crunches only target 1 part of your abs!! - but I'm here to tell ya wut exersises I do to get a nice flat tummy and work out your abs!!

PLANK TWIST: start in a push up position, contract your abs. Bend your left knee up under your tummy and towards your right shoulder. return to starting position, and switch sides!! repeat 20 times.

SEATED AB TWIST (love this one): Be in a sit-up position - knees bent, arms infront of you, with hands clasped. lean your torso back to a 45 degree angle to the floor and have your abs tightend!! twist your body from side to side, making sure you keep leaning back with your abs tightened!! repeat 20 times!!

those are just two examples of ab workouts!! - if you want more...I sugguest asking your P.E. teacher!! that's what I did =) anyhoo... best of luck!!

yeah situps actually do help, but you need to do more of them, and different types, like butterflykisses said. search google for different ab workouts, and try to do a couple in the morning and then a couple before bed. The more you do, the better!

30 isnt gunna help !
you should do at least 250 maybe more
(you can break it up like do 50 at a time.
try sit ups as well
