Flats and leggings

so I love to wear flats
and the ones I have now are black and white

I also love to wear leggings
the ones I have now are a dark grey color

my problem is I dont no what to wear with the shoes and the leggings and the skirt
what color shirt with a...

jean skirt

and it has to look right with my shoes being black and white
I just cant find somthing that looks right

actually...I would wear a white button down or low scoop neck with a cami underneath close to same color as your leggings....but any color would look good (button down) just make sure the cami is the same color has leggings
