sit ups are awesome for this. but dont try to do them too fast as they work better when they are slow and steady. the other thing is the bridge. its when your own your stomach and you rest on your elbows with your tiptoes only touching the ground so your hovering on your elbows and tiptoes keeping your back as straight as possible. hold this for 1 minute and repeat.
