Um I've heard that when a girl has sex for the first time it hurts.
Does it hurt for all girls or is it just some of them?

It hurts for most girls, others not so because they may have broken their hymen doing something else e.g exercise, dildo or masturbation. But if you havn't then yea it might hurt also depending on the guy too. When your ready and comfortable just tell him to be easy and calm and you'll be fine. Good Luck

well I have had sex with a virgin girl she also was scared that it may hurt a lot from what her friends said I knew she was nervous so I comforted ehr told her it will be ok as long as your friend,boyfriend what eva is gental and does it slow to your comfertable pace you should be ok make sure he knows when it hurts

If the relationship is loving and the loving is relaxed, it's more of a stinging than a hurting. Especially if the girl is a bit older - 17 or older. The older, the less pain because in part, the hymen becomes thinner as a young lady gets older.
But remember to practice safe sex when ever you do it.
