gym is good get someone to push you though like a trainer exercise is easier with more people around
take walks and look around, sometimes its good to slow things down
yoga pilates do somthign to lower your strees becasue you are really stressed out
take a break and relax (vacation???) keeping urself busy is good but don't overdo it!

First time!!
Okay so me and my sons father just broke up after 4yrs and its killing me inside I never thought in a million years I would have to be without him, its been very hard for me these past two days I havent slept I keep have anxiety attaks and I dont wanna...
eat when I do I feel like im gonna throw up..I gave up everything for him my friends my life myself... The only thing that has kept me from going over the edge is our 2yr old son..tmrw is friday so he will come and pick him up and take him for the weekend and thats guna kill me hes all I have and I don't know what to do...every1 keeps sayn itll get better go out keep your self busy but its easier said then done pls give me some good advice..thanks guys...
