First date ideas

ok so im going on my first date with this new guy that I've been talking to..
what is a good place to go on a first date. I live in a small town so... I don't know what woud be a good place to go.

The movies is always a favorite.
But you don't get to talk a lot during the movie.
What I do is have him come over and bring some of his favorite movies
and you play some of yours and you actually learn some things about the other person by doing this.

Going to the park or something is an option too.
Since its summer you could also go swimming even though that can make it feel less like a date.
