He may be going too rough, or you may not be wet enough... either way use lubricant, it makes everything more fun... and tell him to be more gentle, it's always better...

nah its because she is in fear , nervous.. So instead of it feeling good, it feels painful because she doesnt really want, this is psychological

I had this before when I went of my partner, when they touched me it wasnt enjoyable no more, and even felt uncomofrtable / painfull.
