My daughter is 13 & is suffering from finger spasms & painful cramping in her right hand. This is accompanied by headaches. Neuralogist or chiropractic maybe?Any ideas?

Bananas are good for potassium which helps with cramping.

well the doctors said it all realy...
but as well as that these things can also be caused by exessive typing on the computer, and playing handheld games constantly. if she does these things for a few hours a day, then it could be causing damage to her wrists.
limit her hours spent doing these things if she does them too often.

She is not much of a computer/video person. The potassium sounds like a possibility. I bought some bananas for her. Has anyone heard of under or over dosing on magnesium or calcium (doctor comment)? How about a pinched nerve in the neck (mother-in-law comment)?
