ok does anyone know how many calories are burned a day by genrally fidgeting like when sitting down boucing the legs, or tapping finger and just genraly not staying still if that makes sense!

I have a real hard time believing you'd burn more than a few calories that way. Even house cleaning only burns 10-20 calories, and pushing a vacuum, walking, etc is much more effort than fidgeting.

Also, if you're not breaking a sweat, you're not going to burn fat, which is the goal if you want to lose weight & keep it off.
