Why do i have this chronic pain?

After I had a flu shot 3 weeks ago, I have muscle spasms and chronic pain only on the right side of my body. My hair is falling out and there are dark circles under my eyes. I Have been treated for fibromyalgia but nothing seems to work.

Well, don;t kill yourself, Marty Moates did that recently, and now everyone is sad, so, talk to a doctor about treatments for your symptoms, cause it's probably something minor.
