Fertility journal

LadybugLover Asked by torikeene about 1 year ago, 1 answer.

What information should I keep track of in a fertility journal? Should I just keep track of doctors appointments temperatures and ovulation kits, or should I go more in depth?

I am really confused. I don't want to just buy some store bought version,...

because I want it to be special if I do get pregnant!
What should I do?

well if you are trying to keep track to get pregnant then you should keep an indepth journal and keep track of a lot of things that could help you keep track of your ovulation cycles. maybe keep a list of the different things you are trying and ideas that you might have heard of.
