This is sort of an ages old issue to remedy. Different things work for different people. Try mint flavored gum or tea. The mint really helps. Anything mint, really.
Try eating saltine crackers, too.
Small bland snacks like crackers my help.
A medicine like Maalox that coats your stomach usually helps a nervous stomach.
just don't have ANY dairy, that'll make ya throw up. I suggest having some type of carbonated drink like pop. best gingerale (not my fave, hate the taste), orange soda, sprite, sierra mist, and 7up. those are the best ones to use!! your prob is probably already over, but this might help in the future!!






How can I calm a nauseous stomach?
This afternoon, I've been feeling pretty nauseous for a few hours. And because I've been feeling like throwing up, I thought I'd ask if anybody has an idea on how to calm my stomach? Today has been pretty stressful, which is why my stomach is acting up. Thanks.
