Feeling down...
Anyone have home remedies for feeling a bit depressed. I do follow a good diet and exercise regularly, but I've been feeling down lately. I think it's because of studies mainly. I'm struggling (like everyone else in the course) to keep up and study long...
hours with limited sleep (maximum 7 hours a night). I also don't have a social life at the moment...I can't afford one and neither does any of my friends studying with me.
I also know it's not depression...I had reactive depression a while ago and it was treated and this isn't even nearly as bad as how I felt back then, I've just been feeling de-motivated and down for the past week and a half or so...so any advice?
