Feeling down

So I've been feeling down, my familys giving me a hardtime, I dont here from my friends much anymore I cant find a job and then more personal feelings, what would you do in this position, I just go to my room lying down in bed playing slow jams lol I was...

I've been back in the same posistion many times... when I'm like that I go out to the ball park and shoot some hoops...and who's ever there I make friends with and play a game together or if you've got a dog... take the dog out! or if you've got a sibling... go out and chill with them... grab a bite to eat or a movie... and go job hunting perhaps! get off that bum and do something you enjoy!!
