Does anybody ever feel like going back in time?

my daughter chopped my head off Asked by rickd 29 days ago, 6 answers.

Does anybody ever feel like going back in time? Maybe back in the 1800's, when we were still settling out west. long before Al Gore invented the internet, and Global warming. Before Rosie Odonnel, and botox. Have we progressed in the wrong direction?

How about before nuclear power, and smart bombs? before experian, eqifax, and transunion, when it took more than a nanosecond for collections to catch up with you. lol How about before LOL?

Send this to a friend

Nope, it was also a time where women had no rights, people were dying from all sorts of random diseases, life expectancy was low, child mortality was high, there was no law, minorities had no rights, there was no education, uhm shall I go on?

Think about it...
african americans were slaves...
jews were segregated from the rest of society...or worse...
homosexuals were killed or imprisoned for life...
women, who voiced opinions, were found 'insane' by an all male jury...
women were considered to be the 'property' of their husbands...
native americans were slaughtered by the thousands and bounties were placed on their scalps...
rampant disease, legal slavery, legal racism, legal bigotry, legal hatred...

The 'olden' times were not golden...

Unless you were a White Male...

you go back...I think the Donner Party needed another member...lol

I will stay here where my african american friends are not slaves, jews are allowed in hotels, native americans are not killed for their scalps, homosexuals are not stoned to death, and women are free...

I like Rosie O'Donnell. I like the fact that she speaks her mind and stands up for what she believes no matter the consequence.

What exactly is your problem with her? the fact she's gay? or the fact a woman has the guts to speak her mind? would you prefer we all stay at home?

I do not have a problem with Rosie because of what she does in her bedroom, or. . . because she is a woman speaking her mind? LOL In this new world order if you do not agree with something progressive or liberal, you are considered a bigot, or a hater. Dont try to label me, I am not afraid of your tactics.

Rosie Odonnel is dangerous. She has a large viewership to which she can spew forth lies.

Lies.

WTC 7 was brought down by our own Government? Stupid B1tch! Even the National Institute of Standards and Technology (nist) has concluded through video images, that wtc-7 was hit by debris from the North Tower with the force of a volcanic eruption. She is a blatant liar! The steel was weakened by the heat, not melted Rosie!
