Fedex shipping hours

I ordered a cell phone though my insurance company and they said my new cell would be here the next day, which would be today. Now it is going on 4:00pm and they have yet to deliver it. I don't think it would be delivered by the US mail, because they run around 12pm. Does anyone one know what time they stop delivering 'rushed ground packages'?

depends on the company, I know some places run until 6 pm...

wait a littel while my friend the same thing it took fedex a week the said the next day to fed ex till 8
