Fedex shipping hours

I ordered a cell phone though my insurance company and they said my new cell would be here the next day, which would be today. Now it is going on 4:00pm and they have yet to deliver it. I don't think it would be delivered by the US mail, because they run...

around 12pm. Does anyone one know what time they stop delivering rushed ground packages?
