Panic Attacks, social anxiety, worry of what will what if? Fear of the unknown or the undecided, or fear of life and what may be.
I took a moment, Breathed in my love support... I have family friends... They support me, I talk to them, they listen. My church, I go to a professional PMD. NO Shame in that. Everyone needs someone to talk to. Sometimes, your Doctor might find some RX for you.
My advice is this, Don't sweat the petty stuff.... Little things matter in love, and the good things you do. Not the what ifs and what wills. Worry about TODAY! If you worry to much, you get a head ache! Thats no fun at all! Talk to people, Let it out...
I found once I talked about my worries concerns, there was little if nothing at all to be afraid of.
You just have to talk to yourself nicely. I suffer anxiety from time to time that makes me feel like I have butterflies in my stomach. I hate that feeling. The funny thing is, I'm at a point in life where my major worries and struggles of the past are over with. No more money problems, I'm in a great relationship, the bills are getting paid well with some to spare. Sometimes you just get anxiety because there is nothing to worry about at all, but you're so used to having things to worry about that you have to really tell yourself that everything's okay. There is no ball about to drop, things are going well, etc. So when I realize I am feeling that way, I just stop, deep breathe and usually start doing something like cooking or drawing or play guitar or any other hobby I have. I can't express how important the deep breathing is, though. Take long, deep breaths, tell yourself to relax, and you will.
Anxiety is a hard thing to deal with because it feels like you can't control it. It's a day by day struggle to control your feelings, but it can be done. I also have some aromatherapy that I got from a new age shop. A scented oil that is supposed to fight anxiety. I wear it on my skin and I find it actually helps. It's a soothing scent and it's rather psychologically comforting, knowing what it's for.
