also, trampolining is excellent
the swiss ball is good to use and is quite versatile
my favourite is using the swiss ball, using a multi-directional stepper and the trampoline (rebounder)
I dont use them all on the same day
I use each one on seperate days or use the swiss ball then do some rebounding.
