Theres no quick fix! if you eat healthily it will stay off, if you try the shortcut your most likey to put it back on. I would suggest you eat a healthy amount of calories required according to your height, age and current weight and try to burn as much as you can and should get there in no time. say for example you need 1000 cals a day, try to stick to it with food low in fat and cals; divide it into 3-4 meals a day and get active.
So if you have 3 meals a day that would be 333 cals each etc consider a lot of fruit and veg in your diet, its more filling, has many benefits and its low in cals and hardly any fat. eat every 3 hours to avoid going into starvation mode, you will ahve to pre-plan your diet so you no what you can eat for teh following day, that way your diet wont go awol.
