youre not supposed to go by age you go by height. its not very accurate most of the time when you go by age.if your 5'4 you should be between 124 and 135

105 to 115 pounds is the 50 percentile range for girls 14 to 15 years of age and 5 feet 3 inches to 5 feet 4 inches. Using 15 years old and 5 feet 4 inches tall at 115 pounds, that would mean that 50 percent of the girls are heavier and 50 percent are lighter.

I am 5'4 and I way 136 and I feel fat everyday. I want to be thin and not FAT but that never seems to happen. Being a girl and the way you look is so hard. So the best thing I can tel you is just stay strong and if your happy then your okay. Let me tell you eating problems are bad for you and they will kill you.

at 15 you're weight should be anywhere from 108 to 145. It just really depends on your body set and how you are built. 130 is a healthy weight and I wouldn't worry at any about being over weight. if you are under 108 at 5'4 you are under weight.

I'm 15, 5 foot 4 and a little, and I'm about 116 or 117 pounds... is this right? I'm an average build.

I dont think weight should be relevant to any happy life. you should be able to be happy at any weight! I've recently overcome anorexia, it wasnt a happy life at all.. theres nothing good about it. boys dont like girls to be stick thin.. I've learnt that! you dont have to be obese to be called curvy but curves are cute.. im gaining weight now and im going to be happy with whatever weight I end up as. I picked up closer magazine I think it was the other day and every page.. 'EVERY' page, had something to do with weight. why do people think that girls and boys are developing eating disorders. especially celebs.. the amount of pressure they feel to stay thin and compete with other celebs. please just try to be happy everyone happy!

Answered by gabby99 on Jul 16, 2009, 11:48AM

130 is about right dont worry about your weight everyone is obssessed with weight and unless you weigh like 200 pounds you shouldnt worry about everyone is built different and 130 is perfect for all tose people at 100 pounds thet think their fat need to get a life be happy with your weight the truth is skinny people usually dont even want to be like a stick just be happy and your weight is perfect

Answered by thatchickgaby on Jul 16, 2009, 11:46PM

xxcherrybooxx, you do sound under weight. so you should probably gain a little weight to be maybe 107-ish, and then you should be in the healthy weight zone. I'm 5'4 and 116 pounds so either you're under weight or I'm a complete fattie. doesn't matter which but you should gain weight and I should lose weight.

curiousmuch, you are perfect the way you are. you should be about 125-135 pounds for your age and height. so you're in the perfect healthy fitness zone. so good for you, you probably have an amazing figure so don't even worry about it. (:

I'm 15, 5'4 and weigh 135lbs. I think I am chubby. I have never cared too much about it until now. As I'm growing older I'm becoming more self-concious. I would like to lose 10 pounds in a healthy way happy Any tips? xoxo

Answered by veravanity on Aug 14, 2009, 09:24AM

Eat healthy and work out. Then you'll be in shape and you won't feel fat because all of your fat will be muscles. I'm about to be 16 I'm 5ft tall and I weight 135. And my weight is from muscles. Don't worry about your weight, worry about getting into shape. Look at the girls in the olympics and gymnists, their great figure is from working out and eating healthy. curiousmuch, you're not anything close to being fat or overweight. You're the perfect weight for your height. So don't worry about it.
