if you want to lose weight you should eat smaller portions at breakfast lunch and dinner, adn you should eat NO snack foods but if youre really wawnting a snack make sure its something healthy like fruit of vegatables, but if you are just craving that salty snack make sure you only eat A SERVING SIZE from on kind of food! cuz if you eat the serving size but eat three or four different types of chips adn you eat the serving size for each one, tha really doesnt count as a healthy snack so you'll probably gain a little weight if you always eat unhealthy food.
you could also try exercising, like fo your arms and legs you need to walk on a tredmel adn carry very small weights when you run, but you would need to do this fo rlike a half hour every day until youre satisfied with the results! for the stomach you should try crunches, 25 regular ones, 25 situp with you going to the right of your legs, and 25 situps with you going to the left fo your legs. you should do this once or twice a day!
