Fasting what does that mean?

Whats that? I dont get it..what does that mean? 33

depends on wht type of fasting...like which religion...jew? christianity? or Islam? send a private message telling me which religion hun..and ill explain...

Depends on the religious interpretation of fasting.
I know in my religion, fasting is skipping at least two meals and not eating or drinking for at least the 24 hours.

As above it means to go without food , this is why our first meal of the day is called break-fast because we break the fasting we did while we were asleep .
