well when your not running try to just relax and try to stay off your feet but still try to stay productive. And some good food to eat are things such as fruits and vegtables that are high in carbs but you dont want to eat a lot of em because then they turn into fat.

Well I run a lot about 60-80 miles a week for marathon and half marathons and what are some other ways to speed up recovery from those miles? and any other nutrition tips to speed recovery?
