One of my dogs almost weighs 25 lbs. and I carry her around a lot. (and I'm a girl) You better start pumping some iron if thats all you can lift.
Why dont you just blind fold her, take her hand, and lead the way for her.
My brother was the sam way. He started to take creatin mixed with protein, and that helped a lot. Its not that healthy but it works. He took it just to get him started then stopped after a few months. He hits the gym about 5 days a week and he's been doing this for about 6 years. Now he's got records for power lifting in 4 different states with sunlight organization. He lifts 400pounds at 175 weight class. Just work out religiously and eat a lot. Plus do protein shakes. He started reading a lot of those muscle magazines and built his own work out for hisself. Start researching.
yea dude seriously, you need to start pumpin, eat the right foods and get the rite amount of protein, carbohydrates ect. in your body and start training hard, im not a big build but I can lift more than 80lbs, but when you train DONT over do it because if you tear the mucle in your arms then your just gna end up going round in circles, my advice o how to do it is, find the weight your comfetable with ifting, do it as many times as you can before your arms feel as tho they cant take nomore, have like a half hour rest and do the same again. definaty get urself into a proper routine and it is really important you eat the rite foods e.g fish, potato, chicken, vegitabes, eggs ect. are all good sources of protein and carbohydrates. hope this helps and good luck

one more thing, protein shakes do help, but some of them can have dangerous effects on your heath because of some of the chemcles in them, so be careful which ones you choose if you go 4 that option, and SOME of them also have steroids in them which aint a good idea because all they do is make your arms look big, they dont make a difference to your strength uness you still get the rite amount of protein and that and pump weights. thats why I didnt bothe rwiththe shakes, I prefer the more natural way... it never fails. just fort I would give you a lil heads up.
wow...im like 5 ft tall and I can bench press ike 75 lbs...and im only 13...uh ya
uuu its pretty easy umm like by waites that you can barely lifet and keep lifting every day and then ull be able to and if cant afford waitss ummm use stuff around house like I use to use my computer and shi.t but ya
get big or get strong? to get big hit up them dollar menus at mc donalds
...two double cheeseburgers will get you 50g of protein...not the best...but itll get sum size on u...make sure you work out...if you cant get to a gym do push ups...if your really weak instead of puttin doing them normally put your knees on the ground instead of your toes until you can do normal push ups...do squats...work your triceps (use two chairs) by puttin your feet on one chair and lowerin your arms on the other kinda like your sitting down but lower urself wit your arms...try to consume 1gram of protein per pound of your body weight...me I weigh 160...so id need 160 grams of protein a day or more to get bigger...your body can only use about 50g at a time...so dont over do it...do the exercises I mentioned in sets of ten until you cant do anymore...blindfolding the girl would be your best bet though...because you arent going to get super strong quick
