Maybe you could put it into a search engine and see what comes up - maybe there are lots of people with that surname still in either Russia or Poland.
I believe that the surname Kolichnevitch has a good chance of being Czechoslovakian, actually. I went throught many search engines to find the meaning, but I couldn't find any resemblance in Russian or Polish. I may be mistaken, but some of the Czechoslovakian names ended in '-h' but many Russian names ended in 'ski' or 'sky' like the Polish. I also tried Dutch & German but nothing showed either.
So, I think you may have a chance of being Czechoslovakian or Russian. Maybe if you look in records you can find if you are Czechoslovakian.

Sometimes the spelling gets slightly changed when people move to a new country - perhaps your ancestors spelled it slightly differently.
