Fallout 3 power armor?

K, I got the training for power armor, but where do I actually get the power armor, I don't want to kill any of the brotherhood since I want my karma to be up, but is there any other good place to get?

get it off dead bodies or the end of the game.
towards the end of the game you get lions pride power armor. special outcast power armor quest or dead outcast members.
