Falling for you

I am quite interested in a guy that I met not long ago - we aren't dating but I guess you could say we are 'seeing' each other. We haven't known each other for long so we are just taking things slow, getting to know each other more. Earlier we were...

texting each other and he was all like I have something to tell you hun and I got all scared because I thought it was something bad - but no, he said I really think I'm falling for you, I cant stop thinking about you.

So my question is - what does it mean when someone says they are falling for you? Do they just mean that they have a crush or is it more?
(By the way I'm 19 and he's 23)

I'm just as confused as you when it comes to when people say that but I think it means that they are starting to have strong feelings for you maybe are starting to love you, which would be great in your case, since it seems like your maybe starting to fall for him too, but you still might want to take it slow tho, and if your still confused about it ,just ask him then : )
