Fajitas

Does anyone have a really good recipe for fajitas

Get some thin cut meat, skirt steak or thin cut round steak works, marinate in citrus with sliced green onion, chilis if you like, and a hank of cilantro. BBQ, and do the bell pepers and onions on the grill as well. Slice when meat just done, and veges are roasted but not soggy. Serve with hot tortillas of choice, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole.
