Failing school

I am failing year 9 and the school says that they will kick me out if I don't pass soon and I will have to stay down a year somewhere else. I don't know why I am like this and I do understand most of the work I just don't do it. I get so many warnings...

but they don't seem to help. My mum gets on my back about it sometimes calling me a loser and stuff but I need some sort of drive to get me to do it. Im really disorganised and I have a lot of things in my mind. I know my choices are up to me but I really need some advice?. Thanks.

well as you said, the choices are up to u, im in college at the moment and im so behind on my college work, an I despise!! ding colege work it bores me lol but I make myself to some every nite a do an hourse work, I put my fav music on an just do my worrk, even if you havnt completed it you should do an hour a nite it willl b worth it in the end trust me!x

 
You need to take stock of your life. Where are you now and where you'd like to be.

Set goals for yourself. Small ones for the next six months and bigger ones for a year from now, 3 years from now and 5 years from now. As you start seeing the accomplishment of some of your goals it becomes easier to work toward the other goals.

Quit believing that you are a loser. I don't think your mom really believes you are but sometimes parents use poor choices of words to try to motivate their children.

You are valuable to your community, country and the world. You are a worthwhile individual. It IS up to you to do those things that increase your value and build up your self esteem.

Don't let others get you down. It is what and how you think about yourself that matters and will sustain you.

Work at getting as much education as possible. It is knowledge that you acquire now and for the next few years that is going to determine how successful and happy you will be for the rest of your life.

well personally I went thru the same thing in my 9th year now im in my 12 grade im graduating in three weeks.But I can tell you that you need to believe that you could actually do it when I was in 9 grade I used to be absent everyday from school people said thta I was going to fail and drop out of school but actually that gave me the will to prove those people wrong I did evry class work and homework you just need to stop thinking and do it get support from people that will actually help u.Is funny cause my mom said to me the same thing that I was a looser but look at me now im graduating in 3 weeks.Be strong have faith in yourself and prove all those people wrong I did and so can u.

Sounds like your struggling in school and, High School can be a struggle sometimes.
Maybe there would be a way to stay after school and seek a tutor. I'm sure your school would have a tutor or an Academic Suport Center to help you catch up on your work. I had trouble like that in my English class in College. But, now that I'm taking another class in College for the Spring semester, I think I'll pass.
Your mom is right about getting on your case about doing your homework, but, she doesn't have a right to call you a loser when I know that you can do this. So, my advice to you coming from a college student that struggled herself, seek a tutor and see if your school would have an Academic Suport Center.

im in year 11 and I've been going pretty crap at school aswell depending on what school you go to ima de la boy :P you could maby just coppy crap of the internet and change it a bit if you realy cant be f***ed doing the work.
