How do I make designs around my eyes?

I've been 'goth' for about 3 years and I am wondering how do I make designs around my eyes? like what would I use?

Use liquid eyeliner
yoo can do stars and swirls and hearts and all sorts I am goth too and I do it all the time

just buy a liquid eyeliner (in any colour yoo want) and away yoo go

im a bit of a goth well im more emo but I use black liquid eyelinner and I've got a glitter eyelinner after I put the black eyelinner on I put the glitter one on top and it looks really nice not too glittery and it looks emo-ish and goth-ish

I've been using Almay liquid eyeliner for years! Practice makes perfect!
