Eyemo-safe on shih tzus?

Hi.
Well, I have an 8 month old shih tzu. he's recently developed an eye infection. he's got a red streak below his eye and there's a lot of discharge from his eye. was told to squirt eyemo in2 his eye. and, of course, clean the discharge.

wondering whether eyemo is safe on shih tzus? the last thing I need is to find out years down the line that eyemo was affecting his sight. appreciate any advice given.. thanks!

Oh my Gosh please call your Vet and get your little guy into the Vet's Office right away. That red streak could be blood poisoning? I don't know but I would not mess aroung with anything as priceless as you pups eyes! Call now!

thanks for the advice. however, I really doubt it. I think it's just a part of the infection as there's discharge on the red streak. but is eyemo safe to use on my puppy's eyes? thanks

your dog has a severe infection, I have never heard of eyemo. never put anything or give them anything without talking with your vet. She can go blind from this, get her to the dr. diane
