Eyeliner smudging

ok well I wear fairly heavy eyeliner most of the time. I wear waterproof liquid on my lid (above eyelashes) and pencil under and threw my eyelashes. well my problem is is it keeps smudging throughout the day! like byyy hmmm id say lunch? which is 5th...

period its really smudged and I dont know what to do. I dont rub my eyes or anything and it keeps smudging!

it keeps smudgin because you have regualar eye liner with regular I had the same problem itll keep doin that until you get good quality water proof eyeliner

This is why I don't wear makeup; it's just annoying.

try a liquid liner or put powder on the area before you apply your pencil

try using pencil instead of liquid eye-liner, and put light foundation as a base on your eye-lids before putting eye-liner / pencil. Hope it helps, Marlene xxx
