Eyeliner question

Does it look okay if you just wear eyeliner, no eye shadow or anything like that? I'm
14, I wear it on my upper lid, and slightly on the bottom b/c of it sort of 'falling' on my lower lid, like slight smearing... Also how can I stop this?

eyeliner always smears trust meh
try a cream or liquid eyeliner for less smearing
and it looks good depends what kind of eyes you have

I just wearr eyelinerr too..
I guess you can try putting powderr firstt then eyelineeer.
