Eyeliner help!!

I'm 13 and started using eyeliner recently, and am still not very good with it. Do you apply it on only half of your upper eyelid or the whole thing?? Can you put it on your bottom eyelid? Confusion!!

for the upper lid you put it right on where your eyelashes start
yes you put it on the bottom lid. where you put it is on the part of your eyelid that is wet and where your bottom lashes start

It all depends on how you like it. I usually put liquid eyeliner all the way across my upper eyelid but not too dark then I use a crayon eyeliner and do it half way on my lower eyelid. I think you should start out with a crayon eyeliner for your lower eyelid first. It's less messy and easier to put on. when you get more advanced get a white eyeliner pencil for the inside of your lid. message me if you need more help. Good luck

Hey! I'm really good with eyeliner so hopefully this helps.
So on the top, I like to put it all the way across. a lot of people say this makes the eye look smaller, so the decision is really up to you.
On the bottom, you can put it two places. The tear line is when you pull your lower lid down and it lines your eye and is wetter. Just swip your eyeliner across there.
If you aren't comfortable with that, put it just below.
