How do you put eyeliner on your eyelids?

now this might be a reallly stupid question but I kinda need some help on it
for a prettty long time I have been seeing other girls with eyeliner on their eyelid like
basically on their eyelashes and I was wondering if anyone new how to do that ?

there's a flat ridge on the edge of your eyelid. some people put the eyeliner on just below the eyelash, or just above them, and still others just apply it over their eyelashes.

hey first of all it takes time and pacients. It wont be perfect right away, trust me!

when you look at your eye in the mirror pull your bottom lid down slightly this will actually help you apply your eyeliner.

carefully apply from middle of you eye to the end. you dont want 2 get 2 close 2 your tearducket this will cause your eye 2 water and get gunky.

you may have a problem at first with this because you eye isnt use 2 having makeup pretty much in it. lol you may blink alot at first i didnt have a problem bc i have contacts so i'm use 2 putting things in my eyes. your upper lid you can do pretty much the same but i would suggest your upper lid right above your lashes.

try 2 get eyeliner that rolls on ez because you dont wanna be sitting for a couple of minutes rubing your inner lid.

try:
~ cover girl perfect point plus ( my fave!)
~ almay intense color. ( this one you can get eye shadow 2 match your eyes and 2 bring the color out. but i would suggest just trying the eyeliner first.)

its not too hard...just takes practice..i use MAC brand because it goes onreally smooth...i pull the corners of my eyes like im pretending to be asian...an i apply the eyeliner directly above my eyelashes...be sure he pencil is sharp so the line isnt too thick...
