How to put on eyeliner?

How do you put on eyeliner ??
It alwaysz seems like itsz 2 thick when I put it on

do you use liquid or pencil??

for liqid what I do is pull the corner of my eye out to the side.. so it looks like im chinese... then I follow the very edge of my eyelid... as close to my lashes as possible... when you let go you'll see that its not to think... if you go above it'll come out thick

pencil just swipe right above your lashes like your sketching a picture and for the bottom you can put it on the inside... or swipe your lashes...

but for liner
use a stick
but I don't know how to tell you to use it because I dont know how much you like on
so yeah

I use Rimmel London Soft Eye Pencil. I line the literal line of my bottom lid above my lower lashes like you usually would. Then I line my upper lid too but not above my lashes, but rather underneath my lashes. It works and it keeps your upper lid eyeliner from smearing as easily.
