Eyebrows?

This might sound wierd but I've only ever plucked my eyebrows a few times, because generally, I just shave the unwanted hair away. It's never gone really wrong tbh, because my hands are quite steady, but my eyebrows are naturally different shapes. It's...

not massive, but it is quite obvious. One's a little more arched than the other.

Is there any way I could get them waxed so that they're the same shape? I got told to let the hair grow back instead of shaving it, because since I shave it its more likely to grow back than if I plucked it?

if you go to a salon or a threading shop, they can even them out for you, even if you havent let the hairs that you shaved completely grow back yet. They can even them out and then just tell you to let the hairs in certain sections grow back so that you dont pluck or shave those again...when they are growing back I would suggest just using an eyebrow pencil and lightly filling them in while they are growing back and just keep up the shape by plucking around the area but not shaving them at all. Then once the part that was shaved has grown back for the most part, get them waxed or threaded on a regular basis.. every 3 weeks or so.

and yes if you shave it it WILL grow back faster and thicker then if you pluck it

I highly recommend you stop shaving your eyebrows, even just partly.
Sally beauty stores Sephora sell eyebrow shaping kits. I use an eyebrow shader from MAC which you use a brush to apply. I draw on how I want the shape of my eyebrows to look then I pluck everything OUTSIDE of the shading.
