Eye reassurance

Asked by fau 3 months ago, 2 answers.

I have had this ocd type thing I think thats what it is anyways, I so wrried about poking my eye out. I stick my finger un my eye and push back to reasure my self that its not going to come out. If I dont do this then thats all I think about the whole day. So if anybody could give me reasurance that it will not come out. Like a list of things that prevent it from coming out.
this is the first time I've really talked about this before so please dont let me down

thanks in advance

Your optic nerve is what holds the eye in place to the socket and your brain. It's literally attached to your brain by this thick nerve, which is extremely strong. There's no way it's coming out unless you literally rip it from your brain. Which won't likely happen.

Does that help at all?
