Eye problem

If I pull my lower eye lid down it is really red but the rest of the eye is not. Ot is itchy and it burns. the only time it feels better is when I put a warmish hottish wash cloth on it. Do you have any idea what I may have and how to get rid of it

you may have a sty ...look on the very edgeof the eyelid for a little white dot ..like a pimple...if you see a white dot.. then you probably have a sty...not sure how to treat it the warm cloth will help the pain...I wear contacts and when I get one it really sucks ..I just try to keep area clean and ride it out.. takes a few days.. good luck

I dont see a pimple looking thing though atleast not yet!

could it be a broken blood vessel?
