ok chick-heres what ya do, when u put on eyeliner, u just gently brush underneath ur bottom eyelashes w/ur eyeliner stick. Now, what I do, cuz I like the smoky eye look, ya get a little piece of tissue and smear the liner underneth ur bottom lashes, but make sure u don't use to much. And if u have a light hair color, i'd go w/brown liner over black, it's a much more natural looking color.
Good luck!

I always pull my eyelid up. I heard if you pull it down, it cause wrinkles. :S LoL. Also, put it as close to your upper lashes as you can get. The way I do my bottom lashes, is I actually put it on the inside, above your lashes. I think it opens up your eye more and you can blend your mascara and eyeliner together better so it doesn't have a space between them.

Sometimes just peciling steadily along the bottom lashes looks great. But other times, you need to actually pencil in the inner bottom lid but be very careful. You can also smudge the bottom lid eyeliner with a small angled shadow brush with a lttle bit ofblack shadow on it. This is most advisable when spplying some sort of shading on the top lid though.
Also, I'd recommend buying a good kohl eyeliner - Revlon or L'Oreal kohl eyelinere's hardly smudge so you can safely go throughout the day not worrying about getting panda eyes.

Having said that, most make up needs topping up every 2 hours or so - especially eyeliner Just make sure that there are no accidental smudges and you may want to re apply the eyeliner o the inner lid and the wetness from your eye ill have rubbed it out.

Finally - liquid eyeliner is best left to the top lid only. A thick swooping flick of it at the top looks gorgeous with no eyeliner on the bottom lid.

Dont bother with make-up, I dont wear it and never will, I hate it, its fake, and on most girls it either makes them look like a complete different person (which is a BAD thing) or makes em look like sluts. I put on eyeliner for a halloween costume and, wow, never doing that again! haha.

the important thing is to remember that you are beautiful, and people would be able to see real beauty if every girl stopped wearing makeup. :]
